What you will do

• Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets.
• Lead, oversee, and mentor project engineers, providing coaching and performance feedback.
• Act as the primary liaison for clients, ensuring timely updates and issue resolution.
• Implement a formal change control process to manage scope and prevent scope creep.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, including internal staff, clients, and vendors.
• Conduct post-project evaluations to promote ongoing improvement and share insights.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Project Management, Business Administration, or equivalent practical experience.
• Minimum of 4 years of project management experience within a Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment.
• Proven experience managing multiple IT projects simultaneously in a fast-paced service environment.
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite and PSA tools such as ConnectWise Manage, Autotask, Asana, or Microsoft Project.
• Strong understanding of IT principles, infrastructure, and ITSM frameworks.
• Must have US work authorization and be based in the US.

Nice to have

• PMP certification or other relevant project management credentials.
