What you will do

• Manage project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation for multiple concurrent AV projects.
• Serve as the primary client contact, ensuring all contractual commitments and deliverables are met.
• Coordinate with internal teams and third-party vendors to design and implement AV solutions.
• Track project performance using KPIs and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
• Oversee onsite project teams and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.
• Manage project documentation, including risk analysis, process documents, and final close-out reports.

Requirements

• Must be based in the USA.
• 3-5+ years of experience in a project management role.
• PMP Certification is required.
• Technical knowledge of the AV industry.
• Proficiency in MS Project, Google Suite, and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to travel and work flexible hours to accommodate global time zones.

Nice to have

• ITIL Certification.
• Change Management experience.
• Familiarity with both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
