What you will do

• Maintain accurate inventory tracking for servers, GPUs, and networking gear across warehouses and data centers.
• Receive, inspect, and record incoming shipments, verifying accuracy against purchase orders.
• Coordinate hardware staging, kitting, and shipment for large-scale AI infrastructure deployments.
• Manage the RMA process for defective components, including vendor communication and documentation.
• Identify logistics bottlenecks and propose process improvements to enhance deployment efficiency.
• Act as the primary point of contact for material availability and staging at data center sites.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in data center operations, logistics, or supply chain coordination.
• Must be able to work onsite 5 days per week at a designated Data Center location.
• Ability to travel up to 50% of the time to various data center sites.
• Strong understanding of hardware components including servers, GPUs, and power systems.
• Proficiency with inventory tracking systems and ERP software.
• Ability to lift and handle data center hardware up to 50 lbs.

Nice to have

• Experience in a data center or hardware integration environment.
• Familiarity with networking fundamentals (CCNA certification).
• Knowledge of AI or HPC infrastructure components.
• Experience with global supply chain coordination.
