Accounting Analyst II

What you will do

• Prepare journal entries including reclass, inter-company, and accrual entries.
• Manage monthly accounts payable vouchers and inter-company payments.
• Perform monthly and quarterly account reconciliations.
• Analyze expense accounts on a monthly basis.
• Prepare 1099 data and assist with quarterly and annual financial deliverables.
• Support special projects as required by the finance team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business, or equivalent experience.
• Two to five years of professional accounting experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, specifically Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet strict deadlines.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in Oracle.
• Prior experience in accounts payable accounting.
