What you will do

• Manage monthly and year-end close processes and prepare related audit schedules.
• Review, analyze, and resolve intercompany balances and differences with trading partners.
• Prepare monthly close deliverables and management review decks with appropriate analysis.
• Perform complex general ledger account reconciliations and investigate unusual fluctuations.
• Maintain and improve financial internal controls and accounting policies.
• Support the Finance Director in preparing financial statements and leading special projects.

Requirements

• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Strong experience with journal entries, month-end close, account reconciliations, and financial reporting.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Must be based in or able to work in Burbank, USA.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• CPA or equivalent certification.
• Experience in multi-entity and intercompany environments.
• Experience with Business Central financial system.
