What you will do

• Develop, customize, and maintain automation tools and flows for analog and mixed-signal design projects.
• Setup and enhance the AMS design environment and provide ongoing support for design projects.
• Collaborate with analog design teams and EDA vendors to solve tool-related and flow issues.
• Work with TCAD and foundry technology teams on device/circuit modeling and physical design flows.
• Benchmark AMS tools and define, develop, and validate custom design checks and QA flows.
• Create automation scripts using Tcl, Perl, and Python to increase design team efficiency.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience in Analog Circuit Design and usage of IC design CAD tools (schematics, layouts, simulation, verification).
• Proficiency in behavioral modeling using Verilog/Verilog-AMS or System Verilog.
• Experience with industry-standard EDA tools such as Virtuoso, PrimeTime, and Innovus.
• Knowledge of static timing concepts (setup, hold, transition times) and physical verification (DRC, LVS).
• Must be eligible to access export-controlled information under U.S. law (export license review may apply for non-US citizens).
