Salary: $140,000 - 175,000 + equity

What you will do

• Design, build, and own production-grade AI agent workflows using Salesforce Flow, NetSuite, Claude, and other automation tools.
• Manage day-to-day administration of Salesforce and NetSuite, including users, permissions, and system configuration.
• Ensure data integrity and HIPAA compliance across all business systems and automations.
• Build and maintain Quote-to-Cash integrations between Salesforce, NetSuite, and other commercial tools.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and maintain a unified roadmap.
• Upskill and coach team members on AI tooling and business system best practices.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in business systems, technical operations, or revenue operations at a tech company.
• Deep hands-on administration experience with Salesforce (Flow Builder, permission sets) and NetSuite (or similar ERP).
• Proven ability to design multi-step agentic workflows using LLMs (Claude), Zapier, n8n, or similar.
• Fluency in prompt engineering and a methodology for evaluating LLM outputs.
• Understanding of Quote-to-Cash processes and data migration/hygiene.
• Must be based in the United States.

Nice to have

• Salesforce or NetSuite certifications.
• Experience with SuiteScript, Apex, or SOQL.
• Knowledge of iPaaS tools like Celigo, Boomi, or Workato.
• Experience with LangChain or multi-agent architectures.
