What you will do

• Translate business requirements into secure, governed, and explainable AI solutions.
• Develop and tune Now Assist skills, AI agents, and orchestration logic.
• Configure platform foundations including Integration Hub, Flow Designer, and Knowledge management.
• Establish evaluation frameworks, including baseline metrics and regression testing for AI features.
• Enforce responsible AI guardrails, data privacy, and role-based access controls.
• Mentor junior developers on AI fundamentals and production-ready design patterns.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in the ServiceNow domain with recent production-level AI implementation.
• Deep expertise in ServiceNow AI tools including Now Assist, AI Agent Studio, and Predictive Intelligence.
• Advanced proficiency in JavaScript, Glide APIs, and REST integration design.
• Strong understanding of data foundations, CMDB/CSDM health, and taxonomy design.
• Proven ability to define success metrics and perform systematic testing for AI models.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Nice to have

• ServiceNow certifications such as CSA, CAD, or CIS.
• Experience with vector search, RAG architectures, and third-party LLM providers.
