Salary: $220,000 - $240,000 Annually

What you will do

• Design scalable ServiceNow solutions aligned with enterprise architecture goals.
• Lead the implementation of ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, SPM, and CMDB capabilities.
• Architect CSDM-based service models and robust CMDB structures.
• Implement ServiceNow AI capabilities, predictive intelligence, and virtual agents.
• Automate workflows to improve operational efficiency and define platform governance.
• Integrate ServiceNow with enterprise systems and cloud environments.

Requirements

• Active Secret clearance required.
• Bachelor's degree with 12+ years of infrastructure/cloud engineering experience.
• 8–12+ years of hands-on ServiceNow platform architecture experience.
• Deep understanding of CSDM framework, CMDB design, and ITIL processes.
• Proficiency in JavaScript development and workflow automation.
• Experience with ServiceNow AI, NowAssist, and Integration Hub.

Nice to have

• Certified Technical Architect (CTA) certification.
• Certified Application Developer or Certified Implementation Specialist.
• ITIL Foundation certification.
