ServiceNow Architect (AI + CSDM + Automation)

Location: Arlington, Virginia, United States; hybrid/remote position.

Salary: $151,000–$235,000 annually.

What you will do

• Design scalable ServiceNow solutions aligned with enterprise architecture goals.
• Lead ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, SPM, CMDB, and automation implementations.
• Architect CSDM-based service models and CMDB structures.
• Implement ServiceNow AI capabilities, predictive intelligence, and virtual agents.
• Automate workflows, improve operational efficiency, and define platform governance, integrations, and development standards.
• Support roadmap planning, platform maturity assessments, and integrations with enterprise systems and cloud environments.

Requirements

• Active Secret clearance required, with the ability to attain DEA suitability.
• Bachelor's degree and 12+ years of infrastructure or cloud engineering experience, or commensurate experience.
• 8–12+ years of ServiceNow experience and expertise in ServiceNow platform architecture.
• Strong understanding of the CSDM framework and experience designing and governing CMDBs.
• Proficiency in workflow automation and experience with ServiceNow AI and NowAssist.
• Hands-on expertise with Integration Hub and APIs.
• Knowledge of ITIL processes, JavaScript development experience, and ITOM discovery and automation experience.
