What you will do

• Own day-to-day Salesforce administration, including user management, configuration, and data integrity.
• Design, implement, and troubleshoot automations using Salesforce Flow.
• Configure and support DealHub CPQ, including pricing rules and quote templates.
• Build reports and dashboards to provide pipeline and revenue visibility for Finance.
• Develop Salesforce customizations using Apex, Visualforce, and LWC, utilizing AI-assisted development tools.
• Manage integrations between Salesforce and connected systems, including architecture and maintenance.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce administration experience.
• 2-5 years of experience with Apex classes, triggers, and SOQL.
• Strong proficiency with Salesforce Flows.
• Salesforce Administrator certification (ADM 201 or equivalent).
• Direct experience with DealHub CPQ and Okta provisioning.

Nice to have

• Experience with Rattle, Zapier, and Metronome.
• Proficiency with relational databases (SQL) and web technologies (HTML, JavaScript, XML).
• Salesforce Developer or DealHub Administrator certifications.
• Familiarity with finance team workflows.
