What you will do

• Partner with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable, well-architected Salesforce solutions.
• Lead the migration from siloed tools to Salesforce, managing project execution and change management.
• Design and implement declarative automation using Salesforce Flows and maintain platform security.
• Enforce data governance frameworks, perform health checks, and ensure data integrity using tools like DemandTools.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on Sales Cloud and data integrations, influencing system design.
• Design and execute system and user acceptance testing to ensure high-quality delivery.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• Salesforce Administrator Certification required.
• Proven enterprise Salesforce administration experience, specifically with Sales Cloud and Lightning.
• Strong proficiency in designing Salesforce Flows, permission sets, and data security models.
• Experience with agile methodologies and managing concurrent projects.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD, and sandbox management.

Nice to have

• Advanced Administrator or Platform App Builder certifications.
• Experience with Service Cloud.
• Knowledge of Salesforce Einstein AI, Agentforce, or Einstein Copilot.
• Experience with enterprise systems like Oracle, Tableau, or Snowflake.
