What you will do

• Own and evolve the internal IT tech stack including Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, Atlassian, Meraki, and Verkada.
• Build and lead a high-performing IT Operations team, managing hiring, goal-setting, and career development.
• Champion the use of AI and automation (including Anthropic Claude) to streamline workflows and unlock productivity.
• Partner with Information Security to ensure IAM, device management, and infrastructure meet compliance and risk standards.
• Collaborate with Workplace and Events teams to provide technical support for offices and company-wide events.
• Manage vendor relationships and define operational health through SLAs and uptime metrics.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in a people manager role leading IT or systems engineering teams.
• 4+ years of experience administering enterprise SaaS platforms such as Google Workspace, Slack, Atlassian, or Okta.
• Demonstrated success driving AI and automation initiatives to improve productivity.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity fundamentals, including IAM and endpoint management.
• Track record of building and scaling IT teams during periods of organizational growth.
