What you will do

• Lead complex end-to-end ERP implementation projects, including data gathering, platform configuration, and administrator training.
• Act as the primary technical and strategic advisor to government customers to ensure smooth deployment.
• Analyze customer pain points to develop tailored solutions that simplify and automate business workflows.
• Establish best practices for data environments and customer verticals to improve implementation scalability.
• Collaborate with R&D and Sales to provide customer feedback that informs the product roadmap.
• Mentor team members and take ownership of strategic initiatives to meet tactical business targets.

Requirements

• 5+ years of software implementation consulting experience with a focus on ERP platforms.
• 3+ years of professional experience in Payroll, HRIS, or Workforce Management fields.
• Advanced Excel proficiency (functions, v-lookup, pivot tables, and report formatting).
• Strong understanding of data architecture and business process workflows for analyzing large financial datasets.
• Proven ability to lead and mentor teams while building productive relationships with stakeholders.
• Must be based in or be able to work on-site in Chicago, IL

Nice to have

• Familiarity with SaaS solutions, APIs, or Cloud technologies.
• Knowledge of Agile & Scrum methodologies.
