Regional Digital Marketing Manager (Digital Marketing)

What you will do

• Build and implement regional digital marketing strategies to drive installs, product usage, and brand awareness.
• Manage paid user acquisition through Apple App Store, Google universal ad campaigns, and third-party networks.
• Develop and lead organic marketing strategies, primarily focusing on App Store Optimization (ASO).
• Supervise, mentor, and guide Digital Marketing Specialists to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional YouVersion teams and strategic partners to optimize inbound marketing strategies.
• Analyze performance trends and report on marketing spend ROI, reach, and quality to leadership.

Requirements

• Must be based in or be able to work on-site in Edmond, OK.
• 1-3 years of related work experience in digital marketing.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Strong leadership skills and experience in guiding others.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and meet strict deadlines in a flexible environment.
