What you will do

• Build and deploy digital marketing campaigns across Meta, YouTube, Search, and other channels.
• Coordinate with external advertising vendors and collaborate with creative, design, copy, video, and compliance teams.
• Produce marketing materials that strengthen the brand and support campaign performance.
• Ensure marketing materials are compliant and error-free in a regulated industry.
• Manage creative requests and project workflows in Monday.com.
• Track channel performance using Looker and Google Sheets.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing, marketing analytics, or marketing operations.
• Experience managing paid media campaigns and knowledge of the mar-tech ecosystem, including Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads Manager, Google Analytics, HubSpot, or Google Tag Manager.
• Working knowledge of digital marketing measurement and optimization, including A/B testing, attribution models, and tracking pixels.
• Experience with project management tools such as Monday.com or Asana.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, problem-solving, adaptability, and communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively and manage multiple projects through completion.
