What you will do

• Lead M&A transactions and strategic investments from inception to completion, including NDAs and definitive documentation.
• Provide strategic advice to senior management on corporate development activities.
• Oversee comprehensive due diligence on potential targets to identify and mitigate risks.
• Negotiate complex purchase agreements, merger agreements, and other ancillary documents.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure the seamless legal and regulatory integration of acquired entities.
• Manage external counsel relationships to ensure cost-efficient and effective delivery of legal services.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in M&A, combining big law and in-house experience.
• Admission to at least one state bar in good standing.
• Deep knowledge of corporate law and M&A investment transactions.
• Exceptional negotiation, drafting, and interpersonal communication skills.
