What you will do

• Draft and negotiate transaction documents including purchase agreements, NDAs, and letters of intent.
• Support M&A due diligence processes by reviewing contracts and identifying legal risks.
• Assist with post-acquisition integration and legal standardization of processes and templates.
• Advise on legal and business risks related to ongoing operations and transactions.
• Coordinate with external counsel on transaction matters as needed.
• Proactively identify solutions to improve workflows within the Legal Department.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor degree and active membership in the Florida Bar.
• 5+ years of transactional legal experience (contracts and agreements).
• Strong experience with M&A transactions, purchase agreements, and due diligence.
• Excellent legal writing, research, and analytical abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
• Ability to manage multiple matters simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
