What you will do

• Develop and enforce warehouse safety policies and SOPs in alignment with OSHA standards.
• Lead safety initiatives including Trailer Dock Release (TDR) and Powered Industrial Truck (PIT) compliance.
• Conduct regular safety audits of docks, racking, and equipment to ensure a safe warehouse environment.
• Manage incident investigations to determine root causes and implement corrective/preventive measures.
• Oversee safety onboarding and ongoing refresher training for all warehouse associates.
• Provide safety performance reports, including leading and lagging indicators, to leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental Health, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in safety, compliance, or risk management, preferably in warehouse or logistics.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and accident prevention programs.
• Experience leading incident investigations and implementing corrective actions.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in North Las Vegas, Nevada.
• Ability to meet physical requirements, including lifting up to 49 lbs and standing for up to 12 hours.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in Occupational Safety or Environmental Health.
• OSHA 30 certification or equivalent safety training certification.
• Experience managing PIT safety programs and certifications.
• Prior leadership or management experience in a warehouse or operations environment.
