What you will do

• Oversee safety programs from project inception through completion to ensure regulatory and schedule compliance.
• Develop and continuously improve job site safety programs to mitigate risk and promote occupational health.
• Conduct regular site inspections, identify hazards, and partner with field teams to resolve concerns.
• Manage the full lifecycle of workers' compensation claims, including reporting and resolution support.
• Coordinate safety training on equipment operation, emergency response, and best practices.
• Maintain accurate compliance and training records within the HRIS system.

Requirements

• Proven experience in occupational health and safety within construction or industrial environments.
• Deep knowledge of OSHA compliance and regulatory standards.
• Strong ability to partner with operations teams to create safer job sites.
• Experience in managing workers' compensation documentation and follow-up.
• Must be located in or able to work onsite in Greer, SC.
