Salary: $40,000–$45,000 per year

What you will do

• Process Accounts Payable and expense transactions in a timely and accurate manner.
• Safeguard corporate assets by ensuring all claims are mathematically correct and properly approved.
• Provide operational support to the Finance team and business unit leadership.
• Handle various expenses, invoices, and remittances.
• Maintain organized files for supplier invoices and expense reports.

Requirements

• 2+ years of relevant work experience or post-secondary education in business, accounting, or finance.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Must be based in or able to work from the Ottawa office.
