What you will do

• Post daily bank receipts and maintain accurate accounting system records.
• Support accounts receivable processes, review transactions, and resolve posting discrepancies.
• Process vendor invoices, maintain vendor records, monitor the AP inbox, and respond to inquiries.
• Prepare weekly pay runs with complete documentation and accurate payment details.
• Prepare monthly reconciliations for fixed assets, intangible assets, prepaid expenses, and designated bank accounts.
• Review and post credit card transactions while supporting additional finance and accounting tasks.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Microsoft Excel experience and willingness to learn accounting or ERP software.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage recurring, high-volume financial tasks.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Internship or co-op accounting experience is an asset but not required.
