What you will do

• Manage payroll for Canada, US, and UK, covering onboarding, salary changes, leaves, and terminations
• Collaborate with the People team to keep the HRIS updated and ensure payroll accuracy
• Maintain organized financial data and well-documented processes
• Cross-train on accounts payable using the Float expense management system
• Identify and implement AI-driven automation for repetitive payroll and AP tasks

Requirements

• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to handle multiple deadlines
• High level of integrity and discretion with confidential and sensitive information
• Eagerness to learn accounting within the tech industry and seek mentorship
• Solid grasp of accounting fundamentals
• Must be based in Canada

Nice to have

• Previous experience in payroll or accounting
• Accounting degree or progress towards a CPA designation
