What you will do

• Draft, negotiate, and own SaaS enterprise sales contracts including MSA, GTC/ToS, NDA, and DPA.
• Advise on legal principles relating to data privacy, IP, information security, and corporate risk mitigation.
• Review partnership agreements in AMER and assist globally with procurement and marketing contracts.
• Support HR projects and provide guidance on U.S. employment and labor law topics.
• Draft and maintain company-wide policies while monitoring developments in applicable laws and regulations.
• Lead cross-functional legal projects and provide legal training to various internal teams.

Requirements

• Law Degree and Bar Admission to at least one jurisdiction in the U.S.
• 3+ years of experience focusing on drafting and negotiating sales contracts, preferably in SaaS or fast-paced tech.
• Must be based in the USA.
• Excellent English language skills.
• Strong understanding of commercial contracting and complex corporate agreements.
• Demonstrated AI literacy to enhance productivity and quality of work.

• Knowledge of EMEA and APAC legal frameworks.
