Salary: $112,000 - $163,000 USD

What you will do

• Own the legal tech stack, including evaluating and implementing AI-powered tools and CLM platforms.
• Map and audit legal workflows to identify bottlenecks and design scalable processes.
• Manage outside counsel relationships, including rate negotiations, budgeting, and invoice review.
• Build and maintain legal department KPIs, dashboards, and financial reporting infrastructure.
• Oversee compliance with regulatory requirements, including lobbying disclosures and foreign qualifications.
• Support equity plan administration and board/stockholder documentation.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in legal operations, law firm management, or management consulting.
• Deep familiarity with legal technology such as CLM, matter management, and e-billing systems.
• Proven track record of leading process improvement initiatives from diagnosis to implementation.
• Strong analytical and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Experience in a high-growth technology company environment.

Nice to have

• CLOC or PMP certification.
• Familiarity with data privacy and information governance.
• Experience with AI tools applied in a legal context.
