What you will do

• Serve as the primary relationship owner for SMB employer customers (500–1,500 lives).
• Manage renewals and partner with Account Executives to identify expansion opportunities.
• Conduct value-driven, data-led business reviews (QBRs/ABRs) to support utilization goals.
• Monitor account health and reporting to proactively identify churn or operational risks.
• Utilize AI and modern technology tools to optimize day-to-day execution and workflows.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, clinical, data science, and legal teams.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in customer success, HR, employee benefits, or healthcare.
• Experience managing mid-market employer accounts (500–1,500 lives).
• Must be based in the USA.
• Strong commercial acumen with experience managing renewals and utilization metrics.
• Ability to leverage AI tools for task automation and operational efficiency.
• Willingness to travel up to 10%.
