What you will do

• Serve as the primary client relationship lead for compliance initiatives.
• Review compliance dashboards and operational metrics to identify trends and risks.
• Develop and manage project plans while tracking deliverables across concurrent initiatives.
• Present compliance findings and strategic recommendations to clients and stakeholders.
• Analyze program performance data to recommend process improvements.
• Facilitate collaboration across internal teams and external partners.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in client success, account management, or project management.
• Proven ability to manage project plans and coordinate multiple stakeholders.
• Experience analyzing operational or compliance data to develop actionable insights.
• Strong presentation skills for executive and stakeholder audiences.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Interest in sustainability and environmental impact.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting utility, energy efficiency, or clean energy programs.
• Proficiency with Power BI for dashboard review and data interpretation.
• Experience developing executive-level PowerPoint presentations.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Environmental Studies, or related field.
