TL;DR
Customer Success Manager (SaaS): Managing relationships and driving business value for enterprise clients within the Commercial Sector with an accent on executive alignment, retention, and strategic adoption of identity infrastructure. Location: Must be based in the US (San Francisco, California or Texas)
Salary: $116,000 – $178,000 USD (OTE)

What you will do
- Develop and nurture strong C-Level relationships to ensure customer retention and ROI.
- Design and execute proactive success plans and Strategic Business Reviews (SBRs).
- Mobilize cross-functional partners across Sales, Support, Engineering, and Product to resolve escalations.
- Identify and communicate new product features to drive adoption of agentic capabilities.
- Gather customer feedback to drive continuous improvement and product evolution.
- Monitor renewal risks and proactively identify expansion opportunities.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or consulting for large enterprises.
- Experience working with SaaS-based technical enterprise products.
- Exceptional presentation and communication skills for C-level engagement.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to align technical goals with business value.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional environment.
- Willingness to travel up to 25%.
