Salary: $132,000 - $200,000

What you will do

• Lead, develop, and coach the regional Compensation & Benefits team across the Americas.
• Design and implement competitive reward programs aligned with both global standards and local market requirements.
• Oversee corporate compensation programs, including job leveling and annual salary reviews.
• Translate C&B data into actionable insights to identify trends and systemic business issues.
• Own the delivery of global C&B projects, specifically focusing on sales incentive plans and executive compensation.
• Manage external vendors and ensure compliance with regional and country-specific regulations.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience leading compensation and benefits programs in a global corporate environment.
• Experience working within publicly traded companies.
• 3+ years of leadership experience managing teams and partnering with senior leaders.
• Strong understanding of international and regional labor laws across the Americas.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with HR systems, preferably Workday.
• Fluent in English.

• Experience with executive and sales compensation design and administration.
• Background in managing complex, multi-country compensation strategies.
