What you will do

• Lead the functional and technical ownership of the HCM People Analytics strategy.
• Design and maintain HR dashboards using Workday, Power BI, or Tableau to identify strategic trends and patterns.
• Manage Workday system configuration, business process frameworks, and tenant setup for Core HCM and related modules.
• Partner with Payroll, Finance, and IT to ensure data integrity, system functionality, and process efficiency.
• Oversee Workday release testing, deployment, and the adoption of new features.
• Supervise staff and collaborate with the Compliance team to align business processes with federal and state regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in HR, Analytics, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.
• 7+ years of HRIS experience, including hands-on expertise with Workday configuration and HCM module administration.
• At least 3 years of direct supervisory or team leadership experience.
• Proven experience building dashboards and visualizations using Workday reporting, Power BI, or Tableau.
• Advanced Excel skills and strong experience with HR data governance and privacy.
• Must be authorized to work in the US; the company does not sponsor H-1B or other foreign national work authorizations.
