What you will do

• Define and communicate the product vision and strategy for QuickBooks Live's Expert experience and communications.
• Translate customer, Expert, and Accountant research into a roadmap of innovative solutions that address key pain points.
• Lead cross-functional teams including designers, engineers, and business leaders to deliver market-leading experiences.
• Implement agile methodologies to manage the scoping, planning, and delivery of high-quality product releases.
• Cultivate a culture of experimentation using data analytics and A/B testing to iterate on product offerings.
• Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing team of product managers.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in product management with a track record of scaling innovative products.
• Must be based in Mountain View, California.
• Deep hands-on experience defining strategy for and shipping products leveraging LLM-based agentic systems.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive transformational change.
• Strong operational acumen and the ability to navigate high levels of ambiguity and visibility.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or a related field (MBA preferred).
