What you will do

• Partner with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to define candidate requirements and develop recruitment strategies.
• Execute full-cycle recruitment for professional, STEM, and executive-level positions across various corporate functions.
• Source and engage qualified candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and networking.
• Manage candidate screenings, interview coordination, and the offer negotiation process.
• Maintain accurate candidate and requisition data within the ATS while ensuring policy compliance.
• Collaborate with external search firms for specialized or hard-to-fill positions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience supporting professional and technical functions.
• Demonstrated success recruiting for IT, Engineering, Finance, Legal, or HR disciplines.
• Strong sourcing skills with proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS platforms.
• Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills.
• Must be able to work onsite in Chicago, IL or Milwaukee, WI
