What you will do

• Lead the development and support of the Software Distribution (SFD) Project for Windows Hub.
• Design algorithms and data flows for new software programs and systems.
• Produce, deploy, and test efficient code using the .NET framework in C#.
• Collaborate with product management and engineering teams to define end-user requirements and specifications.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and maintain existing SFD software.
• Manage and resolve complex customer escalations.

Requirements

• Must be based in Vancouver, Canada (Hybrid).
• 5-7 years of relevant experience, including at least 3 years in technical leadership.
• Proficiency in .NET framework and C# (or Java/similar languages).
• 5+ years of experience working with customer-facing SaaS services.
• 5+ years of experience with hyperscale infrastructure (Azure, AWS, or GCP) at global scale.
• Deep knowledge of Windows Registry, OMA-DM, CSPs, GPOs, and ADMX.
