Program Analyst, Legal Ops (AI)

Location: Bellevue, Washington; Denver, Colorado; Seattle, Washington; or Washington, D.C., United States

Salary: $92,200–$126,700 USD annually for Zone 2 locations; $87,000–$119,700 USD annually for Zone 3 locations. Total compensation may also include an annual performance bonus, equity, and benefits.

What you will do

• Plan, administer, and track high-priority Commercial Legal projects and initiatives.
• Gather and organize information to support leadership decisions on cross-functional projects.
• Coordinate complex post-M&A integration tasks and the implementation of strategic partnerships and alliances.
• Improve collaboration across strategic alliances, partnerships, product legal, commercialization, and finance.
• Lead the end-to-end implementation of AI tools that automate routine legal tasks and improve productivity.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, standards, and quality across regions.

Requirements

• Three or more years of experience as a paralegal, program manager, contracts specialist, or contracts administrator.
• Experience leveraging AI or machine learning in a legal setting.
• Strong project management, interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with commercial legal contracting tools, including SFDC, CPQ, CLM, and DocuSign.
• Ability to coordinate multiple assignments and collaborate across teams, regions, and diverse cultures.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, plus familiarity with industry regulations, compliance requirements, and proposal management software.

• Experience with pre-sales, sales operations, deal desk, or commercial teams.
