Program Analyst, Legal Ops (AI)

Location: Bellevue, Washington; Denver, Colorado; Seattle, Washington; or Washington, D.C.

Salary: $87,000–$119,700 USD or $92,200–$126,700 USD annually, depending on pay zone; additional bonus and equity may apply.

What you will do

• Plan, administer, align, and track high-priority Commercial Legal projects and initiatives.
• Gather and organize information to support leadership decisions on cross-functional projects.
• Coordinate complex post-M&A integration activities and post-signature strategic partnerships and alliances.
• Improve collaboration with strategic alliances, partnerships, product legal, commercialization, and finance.
• Lead the end-to-end implementation of AI tools to automate routine legal tasks and improve productivity.
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve quality across regions.

Requirements

• Three or more years of experience as a paralegal, program manager, contracts specialist, or contracts administrator.
• Experience leveraging AI or machine learning in a legal setting.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Strong project management, communication, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Understanding of commercial legal contracting tools, including SFDC, CPQ, CLM, and DocuSign.
• Experience with pre-sales, sales operations, deal desk, proposal management software, and relevant regulations or compliance requirements.
