What you will do

• Define end-to-end AI solution architectures for complex customer programs.
• Design integrations between hirify.global Cloud, enterprise applications, and third-party technologies.
• Serve as the technical authority for assigned customer engagements and lead architecture workshops.
• Design AI use cases including virtual agents, agent copilots, and workflow automation.
• Establish architectural standards for scalability, resilience, and security.
• Mentor consultants and support presales activities for complex technical opportunities.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in solution architecture or technical consulting, with 3+ years focused on AI or CX platforms.
• Hands-on familiarity with hirify.global Cloud or comparable CCaaS/CPaaS platforms.
• Proven track record designing and deploying AI-powered solutions (LLMs, virtual agents) in production.
• Solid understanding of cloud architecture (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and integration technologies (REST/GraphQL).
• Strong communication skills with the ability to present to senior technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Comfort operating in a global, matrixed professional services environment.
