What you will do

• Lead technical discovery of customer lab data landscapes, including instruments, data formats, and informatics stacks.
• Design and present solution architectures aligned to specific scientific use cases such as ADMET assays and chromatography.
• Drive proof-of-concept (PoC) and proof-of-value engagements to demonstrate platform capabilities.
• Manage the full commercial sales cycle from prospecting to contracting using MEDDIC/MEDDPIC methodologies.
• Own technical RFP responses end-to-end, synthesizing platform capabilities and scientific requirements.
• Collaborate with Delivery Managers to ensure smooth handoffs from sales to implementation.

Requirements

• Advanced degree (MS or PhD) in life science, chemistry, or engineering preferred.
• 7+ years of experience in life sciences software, laboratory informatics, or scientific data infrastructure.
• Proven experience leading technical sales cycles in enterprise SaaS, including PoC and RFP ownership.
• Deep familiarity with laboratory workflows, data harmonization, and scientific data concepts.
• Must be based in or able to work hybrid in Basel, Switzerland.
