Senior Solutions Engineer (AI Automation)

What you will do

• Partner with Sales to understand customer requirements and design tailored AI automation solutions.
• Deliver product demonstrations, proof-of-concepts, presentations, and technical discovery sessions.
• Translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and maintainable solution architectures and integration plans.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Customer Success during pilots, implementations, escalations, and other critical customer engagements.
• Represent hirify.global at industry events, webinars, and conferences while contributing to technical enablement materials and playbooks.
• Advocate for customer needs and help align product roadmaps and solution delivery processes with market feedback.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field; a Master’s degree is preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in Pre-Sales, Solutions Engineering, or similar roles, including at least 2 years at a senior level.
• Experience in B2B SaaS or AI-automation environments; conversational AI, RPA, or cloud automation experience is advantageous.
• Hands-on experience with voice technologies, including ACD and IVR workflows, is required.
• Strong understanding of enterprise systems, CRM, ERP, cloud infrastructure, APIs, and solution delivery.
• Native-level German or Swiss-German and strong English communication skills are required.

Nice to have

• French or Spanish proficiency.
• Experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, or other CRM and presales tools.
• Familiarity with AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, NLP, REST, GraphQL, automation workflows, or integration frameworks.
• Experience with enterprise-scale solution delivery and customer success collaboration.
