What you will do

• Design, develop, and deploy AI-native applications, owning the full lifecycle from backend to UX.
• Build and maintain AI generated-code applications using coding agents such as ClaudeCode.
• Integrate AI solutions with the hirify.global ecosystem, including Genesys and microservice architecture.
• Collaborate with Data Scientists and business stakeholders to deliver impactful, straight-to-the-point solutions.
• Ensure solutions meet security, compliance, and governance requirements within a regulated financial environment.

Requirements

• Experience developing production-grade software applications.
• Strong programming skills in Java and modern software development frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, and AI application development through spec driven development.
• Strong problem-solving skills and product-oriented thinking.
• Location: Must be based in or able to work from Gland, Switzerland

Nice to have

• Experience in CRM or Customer Care applications.
