Focus on leading complex consulting engagements, bridging technical and business teams, and supporting pre-sales, delivery, and trusted-advisor relationships.
Location: Schlieren, Switzerland; flexible working hours and the possibility to work from home.

What you will do
- Help clients define and execute data and AI strategies, identify value-adding use cases, assess maturity, and deliver transformation roadmaps.
- Lead discovery and development of bespoke AI solutions, manage product backlogs, supervise delivery teams, and ensure user acceptance.
- Align data and AI platform architectures with user requirements, define operating models, and oversee data product delivery.
- Bridge data scientists, data engineers, architects, software developers, and business stakeholders across seniority levels.
- Support consultants and business developers throughout the sales pipeline, from positioning meetings to consulting proposals.
- Publish thought leadership, speak at professional events, and develop reusable consulting assets, templates, and demonstrators.
Requirements
- University degree from a leading institution in business or STEM.
- Strong consulting foundations, including communication, project management, and workshop facilitation.
- Experience with data and AI strategy, transformation, or solution development.
- Broad data and AI literacy, including Responsible AI, Agentic AI, Data Mesh, and synthetic data.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English.
- Assertive, proactive, customer-centric, results-oriented, and able to influence stakeholders and decision-makers.
