What you will do

• Exceed sales goals and quotas for service and repair growth while reducing account cancellations.
• Manage Tier 1, 2, and 3 customer accounts through regular site visits and relationship building within the assigned territory.
• Develop comprehensive capital plans to address customers' short- and long-term building needs.
• Prepare detailed repair job proposals and service contract bids using estimating software and blueprints.
• Coordinate the approval process for submittal packages and create change orders upon customer acceptance.
• Collaborate with operations, sales support, and legal teams to negotiate the Scope of Work (SOW).

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree.
• 1-2 years of related sales experience, preferably within the elevator industry.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural blueprints and drawings (preferred).
• Experience selling Service/Repair, Construction, and Modernization in the elevator sector (strongly preferred).
