What you will do

• Own the end-to-end sales process for a portfolio of enterprise customers to drive expansion.
• Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve quarterly revenue goals.
• Cultivate deep relationships with customers to align hirify.global solutions with their expansion plans.
• Collaborate with Sales Engineers, Customer Success, and Partners to grow the existing customer base.
• Serve as a trusted advisor and hirify.global expert for high-value clients.
• Identify and advocate for customers to join the Customer Advisory Board and Executive Sponsor Program.

Requirements

• 7+ years of sales experience in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
• Must be based in Austin, US.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding revenue targets in New Business or Client Sales.
• Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce) and G Suite tools.
• Strong ability to communicate, present, and influence key stakeholders and decision-makers.
• Experience in UCaaS or CCaaS is strongly preferred.
