Salary: $231,800 – $422,400 USD

What you will do

• Build and lead the content engineering and operations functions from conception through implementation.
• Develop a comprehensive content and knowledge management strategy for technical, customer-facing content.
• Direct the Content Engineering team to enhance the existing platform while designing the future system.
• Collaborate with community, localization, product managers, DevOps, and UI/UX stakeholders.
• Set technical direction and vision while providing coaching and mentoring to engineering teams.
• Oversee operational tasks, processes, and personnel within the Information Development organization.

Requirements

• Must be based in the USA.
• BA/BS in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 10+ years of management experience leading engineering and/or content management teams.
• In-depth knowledge of content publishing platforms, structured content, and industry trends.
• Strong technical experience with enterprise application development, cloud services, and CMS.
