Requirements

• Must be able to work from the New York, NY office on a 4+1 hybrid schedule.
• Extensive experience leading large-scale consumer product engineering organizations (100+ engineers).
• Proven track record of driving measurable business outcomes and scaling early-stage products.
• Deep experience building and scaling high-velocity, experiment-driven organizations.
• Experience with LLM-powered features and AI-first engineering cultures.
• Ability to influence senior executives and drive clarity in ambiguous situations.
