What you will do

• Manage client data in Benefit Point and coordinate workflows according to the Benefits Timeline.
• Handle Requests for Proposal (RFPs) by creating and releasing them to carriers by established deadlines.
• Research and resolve client inquiries regarding benefit plans, claims, and billings.
• Prepare and review marketing spreadsheets and formal proposals to ensure high accuracy.
• Develop communication booklets and conduct enrollment meetings for clients.
• Ensure compliance with Medicare Part D and prepare mandatory annual notices.

Requirements

• College degree preferred.
• 24 to 36 months of experience in an Assistant Account Manager role or equivalent industry experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Strong multitasking and prioritization skills.
• Willingness to work overtime during peak business cycles (primarily August through December).
