Salary: $64,700 – $120,400

What you will do

• Manage and grow private client accounts to meet monthly and annual production goals.
• Serve as a professional advisor and consultant to private clients.
• Maintain strong strategic relationships with insurance carrier partners.
• Mentor and guide associates within the team.
• Ensure superb customer service and independent workflow management.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience within the personal lines insurance industry.
• P&C Insurance License (or ability to obtain within 90 days).
• Legal work authorization to work in the U.S. on a permanent basis without sponsorship.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office Suite.
