What you will do

• Establish and maintain relationships with prospect and client decision-makers.
• Oversee client services for assigned accounts by co-managing books of business with dedicated Producers.
• Produce and oversee coverage analyses and spreadsheets to identify necessary marketing efforts.
• Conduct various service activities, including adding new lines of coverage.
• Negotiate renewals with prospects and clients.

Requirements

• 5+ years of group employee benefits experience at a carrier and/or broker.
• Proven track record in an elevated client services role.
• Strong technical knowledge of benefits insurance coverage.
• Strong time management, delegation, and organizational skills.
• Bachelor’s Degree.
• Life and Health License.
