Associate Account Manager, Business Insurance Select

Location: Onsite at 20 Wight Ave., Hunt Valley, MD 21030, United States of America. Permanent and ongoing legal authorization to work in the U.S. without current or future sponsorship is required.

Base salary: $41,200–$76,800 per year, with potential performance-based incentives.

What you will do

• Support the Business Insurance Select team in meeting client service needs.
• Prepare endorsements, certificates, audits, and applications.
• Respond promptly to client and team requests.
• Apply attention to detail when handling insurance documentation and service activities.

Requirements

• High school diploma.
• At least 3 years of insurance experience.
• Permanent and ongoing legal authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future.

Nice to have

• Associate’s or bachelor’s degree.
• Property & Casualty license, or ability to obtain one within 90 days.
• Insurance designations such as INS, AAI, or CISR, and/or equivalent knowledge of business insurance coverages.
• Experience working with EPIC.
