What you will do

• Design intuitive user experiences for ConductorOS operators, simplifying complex workflows across models, nodes, and sensors.
• Develop responsive front-end components and application views using modern technologies.
• Translate operational needs into wireframes, prototypes, and production-ready features.
• Create effective visualizations for system status, deployment state, and telemetry data.
• Contribute to reusable UI patterns and design standards for a consistent platform experience.
• Collaborate with back-end engineers and product managers to align UI with platform capabilities and API behavior.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in HCI, CS, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• At least 5 years of UI/UX Development experience.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, React, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Experience with Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar prototyping tools.
• Knowledge of RESTful APIs and data-driven application interfaces.
• Must be based in the United States.

Nice to have

• Experience with C2, DevOps, or observability interfaces.
• Background in distributed systems or AI/ML-enabled software platforms.
• Experience in defense or intelligence software environments.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a government security clearance.
