IT Support Engineer (Fintech)

What you will do

• Provide on-site and remote IT support, debugging issues across Windows/Apple hardware, macOS, and iOS.
• Troubleshoot and administer SaaS applications including Google Workspace, Slack, Okta, Zoom, and Jira.
• Manage the end-to-end employee lifecycle from weekly IT onboarding events to hardware recovery during offboarding.
• Own AV support for meeting rooms, all-hands meetings, event spaces, and general office technology.
• Develop exceptional technical documentation and knowledge guides for internal use.
• Collaborate with international IT teams as 'smart hands' for complex troubleshooting and office infrastructure projects.

Requirements

• Prior macOS support experience is mandatory.
• Exceptional English communication skills (written and verbal).
• Experience with basic administration of Google Workspace, Okta, Confluence, JIRA, and Zoom.
• Strong foundational troubleshooting skills in hardware, software, and intermediate networking (WiFi, DNS).
• Experience working within high-growth multinational tech companies in a matrix environment.
• Ability to adhere to a basic on-call schedule and provide flexibility for special events.
