IT Support Engineer (AI)

Location: Ljubljana, Slovenia; hybrid work with 3 days per week in the Ljubljana office

What you will do

• Manage the full device lifecycle, including procurement, setup, deployment, maintenance, patch management, and decommissioning.
• Provide advanced support for employees using Windows and macOS, troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
• Support and maintain office videoconferencing solutions, including Polycom and Zoom Rooms.
• Handle employee onboarding and offboarding, including IT resources and access provisioning.
• Design and refine IT processes to improve operational efficiency and team performance.
• Collaborate with IT colleagues supporting employees across EMEA and APAC.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in IT support, including device lifecycle management, user support, and videoconferencing solutions.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and experience working as part of a team.
• Proficiency with Windows and macOS; Linux experience is beneficial.
• Experience with Okta, Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, Jamf, NinjaOne, Atlassian tools, or similar systems.
• Solid knowledge of Polycom and Zoom videoconferencing solutions.
• Professional working proficiency in English is required.

Nice to have

• Experience with Python, Bash, Groovy, or Jira ScriptRunner scripting and automation.
• Experience building AI workflows or integrations for IT operations.
• Role-based access management experience and support for remote or hybrid work environments.
• Knowledge of ITIL or other IT service management frameworks.
