Technical Helpdesk Engineer (Outdoor Technology)

What you will do

• Provide technical support to dealers, service partners, distributors, and customers by phone and email.
• Analyze product questions, malfunctions, and complex technical issues, providing clear and practical solutions.
• Support internal and external sales teams with technical expertise and advice.
• Diagnose and repair products in the Service Center while continuously expanding product knowledge.
• Handle complaints and warranty requests in a professional and customer-focused manner.
• Identify and share opportunities to improve the service experience.

Requirements

• MBO/HBO-level education in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a comparable field.
• Good spoken and written Dutch and English are required.
• Commercial awareness and a customer-oriented mindset.
• Ability to remain calm, analyze complex questions, and guide customers toward practical solutions.
• Technical customer-support experience in the camper and caravan industry is an advantage.
